1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not already been processed or dispatched.
Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.
To request cancellation, please contact us immediately via email or phone.

2. Products & Services

Returns are accepted only in cases of:
- Manufacturing defects.
- Wrong product delivered compared to the confirmed order.
The request for return/replacement must be raised within 7 working days of receiving the product.
Products must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging and documentation.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned product.
Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds or returns will not be applicable in the following cases:

Damage caused due to mishandling, improper storage, or use by the customer.
Customized or special-order products manufactured as per client specifications.
Requests made after the stipulated period (beyond 7 working days of delivery).
