1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- The product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
- The wrong product was shipped compared to the confirmed order.
Return requests must be raised within 7 working days of receiving the product.
Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all documentation intact.

2. Process for Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us via email or phone with your order details, invoice number, and reason for return.
Our team will verify the request and guide you through the return process.
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe packaging of the returned product to avoid damage in transit.

3. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping or handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
Customized, made-to-order, or special specification products.
Requests made beyond 7 working days of delivery.
